Meet Dr. Shea & Our Team of Staff

Dr. Priscilla M. Shea, DC has lived and worked in Yarmouth, Maine, since 1991. Shortly after graduating from Boston College with a degree in Special Education and Physical Education, Priscilla pursued Chiropractic to combine her interests in physical and nutritional wellness. Priscilla completed her Doctorate in Chiropractic at Western State Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon, in 1989. She practiced in Worcester, Massachusetts, before moving to Maine and acquiring Yarmouth Chiropractic.
Priscilla loves good books and music, cycling and dogs.
MELANIE LITCHFIELD

CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT

Mel is a full time Chiropractic Assistant who has been with Yarmouth Chiropractic for over five years. She is a Freeport native who loves being active with her husband and young children. Mel loves the nurturing and caring environment at Yarmouth Chiropractic that Dr. She provides for everyone who walks through the door.

ZOE RICE

OFFICE MANAGER

Zoe is a Maine native who has been with Yarmouth Chiropractic since 2018. In addition to managing the office, she is a nutrition student who looks forward to bringing that knowledge to the practice in the future. Zoe loves continuously learning about and sharing holistic approaches to chiropractic and healthcare.

HEATHER BURR

CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT

Heather is a Yarmouth native, military veteran, and part time Chiropractic Assistant. She enjoys spending time with her family, being active in the veteran community, and spending time tending to her chickens. Heather brings an infectious laugh and her witty humor to the office and enjoys getting to know our patients.

PAMELA LITCHFIELD

LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST

Pam is a Licensed Massage Therapist and has been with Yarmouth Chiropractic since Fall 2012; she also has been a long-time patient of Dr. Shea’s. Pam has been in the massage therapy field for more than 20 years and loves it, believes in an alternative healthcare model, and is well-educated in human anatomy. She loves spending time with her family and friends and crafting.

MARYANN HODSDON

BOOKKEEPER

Maryann has been with Yarmouth Chiropractic for over 15 years. She has done everything from working directly with patients to running the front desk. She is well known in the Yarmouth community and has been a long-time staple of Yarmouth Chiropractic, where she is loved by all. Ask her about anything from gardening to quilting and to how to be a good mom and grandmother.
MEGHANN CARRASCO

BILLING SPECIALIST

Meghann has been with Yarmouth Chiropractic since July 2012, and has been a patient of Dr. Shea’s for years. She has a background in the business and culinary fields and currently is the Co-Founder and Director of a local non-profit childcare and family center, Seedlings to Sunflowers. She loves the ocean, cooking, gardening, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
